Glad you enjoyed the pics. BTW, this is the cooking blog. Remember we will post whatever we want ;). So yesterday was the cooking blog, who knows what next weekend will be. I figure at some point it will be the all Packers blog. Thx for checking it out.

Actually, though not "chile hot" since we used mild chile (my mom won't eat the hot) this batch came out really, really good. I attribute it to a couple of things. First of all a little extra garlic I think helped. Second, we brought the temperature up slowly when we started to simmer the meat. I think this infused the flavors much better. IT WAS GOOD!! If you find yourself in the Big D, there is a bowl waiting for ya!!!
