A quick update. I cleaned up about 6 to 8 large cloves of garlic and minced them in the mini Cusi on the right. While I don't normally use food processors because I think you can do most slicing etc. faster with a knife, for mincing large batches of garlic the mini Cusi performs very well. So the garlic is ready to go and this will be combined with the cubed sirloin. Earlier the pinto beans were cleaned and the rocks were picked out. Then they are brought to a quick boil and then all heat is shut off. The beans will soak for a few hours. Later they will be brought back up to a boil until they are finished.
