The beef is tender now, so we all add these two cans of tomatoes. We are using canned tomatoes because fresh ones aren't in season right now. We will bring the stew back up to a simmer and break the tomatoes up. Next up is peeling chile, which is about as exciting to watch, as paint trying. Back with the chile results.
